Justin Bieber's New Neighbors Really Effing Hate Him

Justin Bieber's new neighbors in Atlanta's posh Buckhead neighborhood are none too happy about the little singing cherub moving into town. In fact, they're literally protesting in front of his rented house. On Monday, up to 200 people are expected to picket at his new pad.

They're also circulating a petition that reads: "Please don't allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain."

Ouch.
